Continuing the tradition of communicating with corporate cocktailians (pardon the alliteration), the Wulf Cocktail Den had the honor of being at the GovAcademy.io Sip, Serve, and Spark: A B2G Marketing Community event at Carahsoft, an uplifting holiday networking event designed to bring the B2G Community together to celebrate the season with purpose. So why were we there? To introduce wine drinkers to the beauty of the Kir and some easy variations. And to introduce drinkers, of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, to the fun of edible cocktail glitter*.

Combining wine with crème de cassis (blackcurrant liqueur), people sipped and were served the Kir, and that sparked conversations about:

The Classic Kir

4 parts chilled white wine, 1 part crème de cassis

4 parts red wine, 1 part crème de cassis
